• Consultation form. Your name, company, business email, the service you selected, your preferred contact method, and whatever you write in the description field.
• Email and phone. Whatever you choose to send us when you contact us directly.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, including IP address, browser user agent, and pages requested.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. We ask for a business email rather than a personal one precisely so that we hold as little personal data as possible.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and to keep records of our business correspondence. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

• Our hosting provider — stores the website files and processes server logs and the email sent by the consultation form.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us there. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.

There is no third-party chat widget, analytics package, or advertising tag on this site. Consultation form submissions are emailed to us and are not stored in a database here.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months in our email records, then deleted. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and any applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligation requires.
